Heart Hug Sessions - Private ($150/hr*)
Relax your mind and body, and restore your spirit, in these hour-long sessions combining Reiki, Yoga-Nidra, and live-channeled message-poem mediations. All session meditations are recorded, and the energy filled audio is sent to you, so you may listen and receive the healing benefits for as long as you need them.
